Laws Regarding Rape

If he rape was performed in a harmfull or injurious manner the rapist will be removed from society to be transferred to a special rehabilitative society. The rapist will live around prostitutes who do not regard the rapes as a hazard. If he/ she is dangerous to the lives or health of society or any citizen, the rapist will be isolated from society and live around criminals similar o him/her self. If the criminal is not dangerous sufficiently to transfer, he may be castrated to prevent further rapes.

Introduction to Laws

Laws will be created to provide preservation of life, health, happiness, and property. [1] ALL laws will be applicable for those preservations. [2] The second function will be in regards for words and actions that affect others. The words and actions may be direct or indirect. Thoughts; if affectual, will be also considered. [[3] The third function of the laws is o determine the origin of offenses. In some cases of the past, innocent people may be prosecuted for a criminal's actions. The laws will assist innoc4ent people to be restored to their prior conditions; unless willingly an accessory to the criminal[s]. [4] The fourth function of he laws is to restore the victim's life, health, happiness, and/or property and to determine any direct or indirect blame for any crime; as well as to terminate further crimes against the victim. [5] The fifth function of he laws is o further inform the citizens of he criminal; as well as the criminal's specific techniques. This will terminate future similar events. It will also inform other criminals of techniques. [6]The sixth function the laws is to ensure a safe defense against any further attacks tat may be potential on the citizens. [7]The seventh function of he laws is to ensure to he citizens a free lifestyle while terminating freedom of the criminal[s]. [8] The eighth function of he laws is to ensure counters to criminals are presented to the public worldwide. [9] The ninth function of the laws is to allow freedom of self defense from the citizens. It is not he citizens ha should defend themselves always. It is the law groups ha should prevent crimes.

New Laws of 2014

There will be numerous new laws worldwide for restructuring societies. Some of the laws are: [1] Tariffs: tariffs and International taxes will no longer be allowed by any country for any reason. [2] Barter: Local to International barter will be regulated accordingly to the price rates of the person barter to; as well as the lowest price rate permissible. [3] Gratuity: There will be no taxes on gratuity. Favours are a form of gratuity in some special cases. [4] Funds: Funds will not be taxed. [5] Manufacturing Taxes: There will be no manufacturing taxes. [6] Purchase Taxes: There will be no purchase tax on items utilized for business and manufacturing purposes, foods, medical, medical supplies, or other living expense or necessity. [7] Property Taxes: Ownership of property is not to be taxed;; nor is the actual property owned to be taxed. [8] Taxes: Taxes will only be imposed on luxuries.
